Drei-in-eins-Walzwerk: Die Walzwerke mit Drei-in-eins-Leistung können Gold und Silber in verschiedene Blech-, Quadrat- und Halbkreisgrößen pressen. Die Rollen lassen sich außerdem leicht austauschen, um Ihren unterschiedlichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, eine notwendige Maschine für die Schmuckverarbeitung.
Einstellbare Pressstärke: Der Abstand zwischen den Rollen kann durch die T-förmige Stange präzise von 0,1 mm bis 7 mm eingestellt werden. Mit einem reduzierten Übersetzungsverhältnis von 1:2,5 macht die Walze alle zweieinhalb Umdrehungen des Griffs eine komplette Umdrehung, wodurch der Kraftaufwand für den Betrieb des Drahtwalzenstuhls verringert wird.
Langlebiges Gusseisen und Stahl: Diese Schmuckwalzmaschine verfügt über einen Gusseisenrahmen und geschmiedete Chromstahlwalzen für Robustheit und lange Lebensdauer.
