The Tooltos Heating Vulcanizer Jewelry Casting Molding Machine contains high-quality components and features a durable powder-coated heavy duty cast aluminum construction. The straight shank design, along with cast aluminum U-rods supporting the column, maintains parallel platens and minimizes torque while maximizing pressure on the screw. Additionally, a thick aluminum plate prevents heat distortion and a GE0 thermostat reduces temperature differentials. With a smaller footprint, this vulcanizer is easier to place in any shop space and will meet your production needs for years to come. It effectively applies heat and pressure to the mould frame, resulting in a solid block with every detail of the jewelry model captured. This ensures a precise and well-formed injection mould for your casting process.
