How should I choose the voltage for my machine?
The common voltage in North American countries such as the United States and Canada is 110 volts. The common voltage in countries in Oceania, such as Australia and New Zealand, is 220 volts. Why didn't I receive my password email?
If you did not receive our email with your password, please check your junk/spam folder for the email or try modifying your spam filter.
Why is my password not working?
Please keep in mind that our passwords are case sensitive. Also, if you copied and pasted your password make sure that you are not copying an extra space in front of or behind the password.

What are the secrets of a good password?
Make your passwords easy to remember with a few twists to make them hard to guess. A good password should contain the following: Substitute numbers for letters, mix uppercase letters, and make them at least six characters long.
Will you store my credit card information?
For your protection we do not store credit card numbers on our web servers. You will need to enter your credit card information for every order.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
tooltos.com is proud to offer the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. In addition, we frequently offer discount pricing of up to 25%, through various Sales and Promotions listed on our home page. Large volume buyers please note: Requests for additional discounts on particularly large orders and special orders will be considered on a per order basis. Contact our friendly Customer Service Team with your request.
How do I request a sample?
At this time, we do not have a sample program. However, we don't have a minimum order requirement and we offer a 30-day return policy if you are not completely satisfied.
Can I have my products engraved or printed?
We do not offer engraving or printing on our products.
Do you have retail stores?
We sell our products exclusively through our web site and do not have a retail store.
When Will My Order Ship?
We strive to ship most orders within 1-2 business days, however on rare occasions delays may occur.
Where is my order?
Tracking information will be provided when your order has been shipped and scanned by the shipping company. Your tracking number is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not see your tracking information, please check your spam folder. In addition, you can find your tracking number by going into My Account or Order History. If the tracking number is not there, that means a shipping label has not been created yet.
